Gail HaynesGail Haynes

Gail Haynes got her first horse Blondie when she was 12 years old. By 16, her dream of owning a farm was a reality. With a supportive family and lots of hard work, Five Star Ranch opened with 6 horses as a trail riding stable.

Constant learning has always been Gail's focus. She attended Humber College and attained her Equine Canada Level 1 Western Coaching Certificate, then went on to Seneca College for the Farrier Program. She then went on to Colerado for the John Lyons Certification. Next, she continued her training in Equine Canada for her Level 2 Western Coaching Program Certification. And then she was off to colerado once more for 11 weeks stretched out over a year to continue in her training education with John Lyons.

Gail's show history includes multiple club shows where she entered every class she could, including both English and Western. Gail earned many high point year end awards – but most importantly she achieved many personal bests and improvements with the horses were being shown.

In 2000 Gail started showing Reining. Earning High Point Green Horse, High Point Ladies Res, and High Point Guildings over several years.

In 2006 Gail completed her Registered Holisitic Nutritionalist Designation (for people) and is currently helping people to become healthier through nutrition. Gail has been blessed with 2 beautiful children – Ashley and Caitlyn – who are teaching her how to create balance in her life.

Most recently she purchased a 3 year old Stallion – Rustic Jabar Won It – who starts his show and breeding career in 2007.
