  • Approved riding helmets are mandatory for 18 years and under, but are recommended for everyone!
  • Boots with a heel minimum of 1/2 inch

Option: If payment in full is not feasible, a $100.00 deposit will reserve your space in the week of your choice. Balance of payment due on the first day of camp.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied and would like to cancel the camp, let us know by the 2nd day and receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after day 2.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Drop Off and Pick-up

Parents are required to stay with the children until attendance is taken (unless early drop off has been pre-arranged). Drop off and pick-up campers at the picnic table unless it rains, then attendance will be taken at 8:25 am each morning in the barn.

Early drop off / late pick-up can be arranged at a moderate fee.

PLEASE NOTIFY THE OFFICE AHEAD OF TIME IF SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF WILL BE PICKING UP YOUR CHILD!

Please put your child's name on everything. We do have a fridge for the children to put their lunches, snacks and drinks. Make sure to send your child with water (we have bottled water and snacks available during store hours only Tues-Fri 10am-3pm).

Required Equipment

  • Riding Helmet (ASTM approved)
  • Boots with 1/2 inch heel
  • Pants
  • Water / Cold drinks
  • Lunch and snacks
  • Running shoes


Helmet Rentals: $20.00 per week per child with a $50.00 damage/security deposit. Rentals must be pre-arranged and pre-paid. Parents must sign for helmet on the first day of camp. Helmets must be returned in the same condition! If the helmet has been damaged the deposit will not be returned at the end of the week.

Note: We recommend the children dress according to the weather. Children that show up without the proper boots and helmet will not be permitted to ride!

Recommended Equipment

  • Sunscreen
  • Sun hat
  • Shorts
  • Bug spray
  • Ribbons for decorating horses for the Friday show
  • Complete change of clothes


Campers are expected to spend a minimum of 2 weeks in each level due to content, new skills, and info. The Camp Instructor will advise when the camper is ready for the next level. Certificates are given out. If you are unsure of your level please call the office for assistance.
